Refund & Return Policy

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, and we do our best to provide clear information about what is and isn’t refundable depending on the type of product.

Please note that purchases of digital instructions are non-refundable. Since these are digital products that are automatically fulfilled via email immediately after your purchase, there is no way for us to revoke access or take them back. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any individual digital instruction files. If you encounter a technical issue with your files, we’re happy to assist you — just get in touch.

For LEGO kits and other physical products, we follow the standard 14-day return and refund policy in accordance with EU law. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

However, this policy does not apply to custom made products, such as Commissions or “Custom Made KITS” that are custom made for each individual customer. Therefore they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
