1. Products & Use
We sell custom LEGO-compatible kits, accessories, and digital instructions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

All products are intended for personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or reproduce our digital instructions or designs without written permission.

2. Orders & Payments
Prices displayed on the website includes VAT within the EU. 
For orders shipped outside the EU, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product/products you purchase. We do our best to dispatch orders quickly, but delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues outside our control. Any additional charges from customs are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Digital instructions are non-refundable. Customised products such as commissions or Custom Spec kits are also non-refundable and cannot be returned. Standard LEGO kits and physical products may be returned within 14 days, as outlined in the policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, instructions, images, and content on this website are the property of Bricks, Blocks And MOCs. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any part of our content without prior written permission.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of our products. LEGO contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.

7. Limited Quantities & Hobby Nature
We operate as a small business and produce kits in limited quantities. By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a hobbyist-level product sold in small volume and not mass-produced or certified for commercial resale.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricks, Blocks And MOCs Sweden AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
